The Bridgetown Volunteer Fire Department is made up of 40 active, 100% volunteer members. These members are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, leaving their workplaces, schools and families at all hours of the day and night to help out their fellow citizens. Our members' ages can vary from 18 - 75. No matter the age there is always a job to be done. Members come from a variety of backgrounds; from office workers, contractors and small business owners to mechanics, students and trades persons.
